Position Description: As a Butler MRI Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of providing specialized cleaning services to MRI and related diagnostic imaging facilities in mobile, stand alone and hospital locations. Cleaning activities will typically take place in the evening or on weekends, with planning, preparation and documentation of cleaning activities taking place on a flexible schedule you will develop in conjunction with Butler’s customers.
You will be provided a specialized Butler vehicle for use in cleaning services. In some cases, extensive driving may be required to service multiple cleaning Customers.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Completion of specialized training and periodic in-service training
- Initial assessment of MRI facilities to plan cleaning routines
- Coordination and maintenance of cleaning schedules with Customer staff and Butler managers
- Planning and scheduling of routes to include Use of specialized Butler cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintaining and replenishing supplies as necessary
- Initial, regular, restorative and specialized cleaning of MRI spaces, including floors, walls, vents, furniture and equipment in the controlled MRI space and the adjoining control room
- Pressure washing mobile MRI exteriors
- Maintenance and documentation of security procedures defined by Customers
- Notification of Customers and Butler Managers when conditions are observed which may be unsafe or require additional cleaning or other attention
- Basic customer relationship management
- Problem solving
- Regular communication and reporting to Butler Managers:
Physical Requirements of Position (partial):
- Loading and unloading parcels and equipment of up to 50 pounds
- Stretching, bending, kneeling while cleaning
Compensation: Compensation is competitive and based on the number of cleaning services provided. Individual health insurance is provided.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license and demonstrated safe driving record
- Experience demonstrating ability to organize and follow through on detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to discharge physical requirements of position
- Ability to use email
- Basic English language reading, speaking and writing skills
- Bonding and drug testing may be required to meet Customer requirements
- References for previous employment
- Previous customer and field service experience a plus
